Marjoram, Ground

Marjoram has a sweet, pleasant flavor. It is similar to oregano, but more subtle. It is good in meat dishes, stuffings, and soups. Ground marjoram provides a smoother finish than chopped marjoram. Because of its delicate nature, it is best to add marjoram toward the end of cooking so the flavor isn't lost. Dried marjoram has a stronger flavor than fresh marjoram.
